Owner and Fractional CMO - North10Feet

Founder of a straight-talk, marketing consultancy helping B2B companies get clear on their message, align marketing with sales, and drive real growth. I lead strategic sprints, develop GTM plans, and step in as a fractional CMO for teams that need senior-level thinking—without the overhead. Clients appreciate the honest feedback, clear priorities, and plans that actually get done.

2024 - Present

Chief Marketing Officer - Seerist, Inc.

Led Seerist’s bold brand launch and built marketing from the ground up. Developed standout positioning, crafted messaging that cut through the noise, and built high-performing teams across demand gen, product marketing, and enablement. Ran digital campaigns, drove adoption, and aligned strategy with business growth. Also owned corporate communications and employee engagement.

2022 - 2025

Head of Marketing - Root, part of Accenture

Doubled revenue, positioned the company for acquisition, and drove $11M+ annually on a lean budget. Built a strategy focused on the Global 2000, increased RFP win rates by 35%, and boosted website traffic by 2,000%. Led high-impact campaigns like the award-winning “Road to Change” tour and co-created a customer experience show with CBS Chicago.

2011 - 2022

Director, Corporate Communications - Aspect Software, Inc.

Owned all comms strategy across PR, AR, and internal messaging during a high-growth, M&A-heavy period. Directed comms for 9 acquisitions (including $1B and $150M deals), built a media program that landed top-tier press, revamped the global website, and led major corporate events and customer summits.
